Our History

As the first Chapter to be established outside of Tokyo, the history of our chapter is also the foundation of the history of Ikebana International.

This is where it happened: establishing the first Ikebana International chapter outside of Japan, which has now grown to 143 chapters worldwide. We are proud to present to our members and the general access to these wonderful historical references.
